Exciting ascent on the way from the Edelweißhütte to the Valmingalm or to the Rosskopf. In the upper part steep and narrow path with stones that slide away easily. Hiking shoes, sure-footedness and a head for heights are mandatory. All in all, doable for the experienced hiker.

Anyone standing there has either already passed the Edelweisshütte Ladurns mountain inn or still has it ahead of them. The ascent and descent to the Edelweisshütte is quite demanding.
