Tips
The Limbach Grotto is located in a rock massif above the hiking village of Limbach. There is a Madonna in the grotto. Access is only possible via a somewhat adventurous path, partly leading over a steep slope. A visit to the grotto is therefore only recommended for experienced hikers who do not suffer from vertigo.

@ Axel Griebling: Thank you for your description of December 2nd, 2021, which is spot on. If I had known that this is still the case today, Sunday, October 16th, 2022, I would have hiked there with a machete or even a brush cutter. Nobody seems to care about the way to the grotto or feels responsible for it. Too bad.
