This three-family house was built between 1899 and 1902 by Edouard Niermans, whom we have already seen at work for the house "Jan et Helena", as well as for the villas "La Française" and "La Parisienne".
The ceramic decoration is in Art Nouveau style: the tympanum of the bays of the raised ground floor has ceramic panels with flower motifs, that of the bays of the second floor, figures of women (after Alfons Mucha? ) decorated with flamed sandstone decorations. The tympanums of the access doors are decorated with tiles bearing the name of each house.
