It is a river resulting from the confluence of the Eastern Ourthe (whose source is near the village of Ourthe in the town of Gouvy) and the Western Ourthe (whose source is near the village of Ourthe on the commune of Libramont-Chevigny), both in the province of Luxembourg in Belgium.
