Saint Blimont, student of Saint Walricus, had a chapel built on the site of Walricus' hermitage, in which his remains would be kept. The chapel was expropriated during the French Revolution and used as a saltpeter factory. However, under the Concordat of July 15, 1801, the chapel returned to church hands. The current chapel, located on the Cap Hornu viewpoint, is a neo-Gothic structure, made in patterns of white natural stone and silex. The chapel has a dormer and stained glass windows which depict episodes from the life of Saint Walricus. The chapel contains various votive vessels, which were donated by sailors.
At the foot of the chapel there is a miraculous spring, the Fidélite, which is said to be beneficial against eye diseases and also promotes fidelity between spouses.
Due to its dilapidated state, the Romanesque chapel was replaced by a new building in 1880.
