With the help of his son-in-law Michael Claus, Dieter Henkel painstakingly restored and reassembled an original Odel barrel from 1863. It was set up at the bike station of the Räuber-Kneißl-Weg on the sports grounds of VfL Egenburg on the Sportplatzweg and should remain there permanently. The new service station and the cozy rest area are also located there.
