The courtyard complex, which was built around 1800, is located directly below the Königsberg iron ore mine. It originally belonged to the Bubenrod estate. After the Königsberg office was dissolved, the farm served as a head forester's office for a number of years. Later, 2 apartments were used by foremen and their families who were employed by the Mannesmann company at the mine. For historical reasons, the farm is worthy of protection as a whole and is included in the list of cultural monuments in Biebertal.
