Here we find two rocky sections with chains to help you climb. They aren't difficult, but you just need to be careful to find the right footholds to avoid slipping. In any case, we saw people of all ages and even dogs.
We recommend climbing them, as they're easier than going down. In fact, the Monte Muggio loop can be done in either direction.
