Häselgehr is a long street village in the Lech Valley, which lies between Elbigenalp and Elmen. Like most Lechtal communities, Häselgehr is made up of several districts. The best known are Grießau, Gutschau, Häternach and Luxnach. An outdoor swimming pool is open in Häselgehr in summer. One of the only campsites in the Lech Valley is located in Häselgehr. The place is open all year round. A Häselgehrer company offers white water rafting and canyoning tours for adventure seekers.
