This church was built in the early 14th century (probably around 1330) on the spot where there was probably already a small church from the turn of the millennium. In the 17th century it was rebuilt, a new facade was added and the interior was furnished in the Baroque style. Other small modifications followed until the church portal was moved back to its old location in 1933. Overall, one does not expect such an imposing church in such a small village that is well worth seeing.
