This is the last preserved of supposedly seven windmills in this area. During the inventory, a beam with the inscription Piotr Jasnowski 1867 was found – hence it is assumed that he was its builder, and the date is assumed to be the year of construction of the building. After a thorough renovation in 2011, the windmill was given the name Jan Paweł.
