Here flows a small stream from the area of the Pfaffenköpfe in a fairly small spring lake, which flows as Rossmann Bach to Zorge. In favorable light conditions, the water shimmers slightly emerald green; probably due to the high calcium content of the Werraanhydrite (you can also observe it at the quarry in Ellrich).

New impression after almost 1 1/2 years:
In winter, when the weather and light conditions are favorable, the water glows whitish-green like rivers in the Alps. In summer a stinking pool of algae emerges as soon as no water flows in.
I also noticed that to protect the edge from erosion, pond liner was laid on the right bank.

The source Rossmannsbach is located directly on the roadside. In unfavorable lighting conditions, the local source pot looks rather like an unspectacular pool and can easily be overlooked.
