Chapel built in large format brick. The floor plan is three-lobed, with a straight front. The slate hipped roof is curved at the back, and has a three-sided overhang at the front. The ridge is crowned at the front and rear by a piron. The front has a wide pointed arch opening, closed at the bottom by a wrought iron gate, above that in the pointed arch on natural stone stones straight brick moulants. A semicircular platform with a step has been constructed in front of this entrance. The ends of the facade are fitted with diagonally placed buttresses with natural stone coverings.

The side and rear facades have a slightly protruding plinth. Internal brick vault. A band of mosaic has been applied in the brick walls on the inside at eye level. It contains the inscription: "OUR+LADY+LADY+FOR+EVER+PERMANENT+ASSISTANCE+PAY+FOR+US". A statue of the Virgin Mary stands on a natural stone plinth in a glass cabinet.

    Valuation.

The chapel is of general cultural-historical importance as an expression of the cultural and spiritual development in North Brabant, in particular the spread of Marian devotion in the Interbellum. It is of architectural value because of the place it occupies in the oeuvre of the architect Valk, in particular because of the combination of Gothic ornamentation with a characteristic three-lobed floor plan and a very expressive main shape. It has been preserved intact and is a rare example of the elaboration of the chapel motif.
