Both uphill and downhill you will have to push the bike for most of the time because of the presence of trees and holes, there are better routes. For me, the descent wasn't a problem. I rode the entire way.
The trail is steep, with gradients up to 16%, and there's a lot of loose gravel and gullies.
My wife had to push the bike in some places.
Mostly an S2 trail, occasionally turning into an S3 trail in small sections.
But I wouldn't ride downhill if it's all rideable.
