Road cycling

Brilliant little campsite which doubles as an airstrip for light aircraft. Really clean facilities including games room, shop, free showers and various different visiting takeaway food options at the weekends. Really tidy pitches with freshly cut grass and a very relaxing vibe. The owner is lovely and very welcoming. You can even book your camping pitch online.

Road cycling

I followed the route on a roadbike, I would recommend avoiding going up the hill to the campsite and turning left down a track at the entrance to the campsite. Instead keep on the sustrans route 2. The track was a bit rough for my liking!
