A simple hall structure made of carefully arranged blocks of field stone was erected in the second half of the 13th century, the base of the tower also dates from this time. In the first half of the 18th century, a lowered half-timbered tower with an octagonal boarded lantern was added. A bell hangs in the belfry, cast in 1883 by the Voss and Sohn company in Szczecin.
In the eastern wall there is a slender set of three windows with ogival arches, the gable above is decorated with three almost round screens. The windows from the south and north were changed into segmental arches, equipped with brick walls and woodwork.
The area adjacent to the church, established on the model of a cemetery, is surrounded by a wall with huge buttresses and portal gates from the 18th century. On the northern side, there is the grave of the von Eickstedt-Peterswaldt family.
