This scenic, historic road takes you from the Old Town Gate to the steps up to the Church of St. George on this little, rounded peninsula in Primošten, Croatia. This peninsula is where charming old town is located and was historically an island connected to the mainland in the 16th century. This transformation has preserved its medieval Mediterranean architecture, featuring narrow cobblestone streets and traditional stone houses. The peninsula is dominated by the Church of St. George, a 15th-century structure situated at its highest point, offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. Surrounding the peninsula are pristine beaches with clear turquoise waters, making it a popular destination for swimming and sunbathing.
