Road cycling
Established in 1977, it is a state reserve included within the Unesco "Man and the Biosphere" (MAB) program. In the reserve, the forest is represented by the high forest of Turkey oak, in the lower band, and of beech in the upper one. There are also numerous other native species.
There is a picnic area equipped with table area, barbecue, toilets, street vending of sandwiches and drinks.
