Tips
On this section of the heath you will find a replica of an old draw well, like many that used to be here. They were used in the summer months to provide drinking water for the livestock on the heath.
You can also see beautiful pollarded willows and just before the "Alte Schäferei" hiking car park you can see a beautiful example of wet heath. It is also always kept short by sheep.translated by
