The path leads through a nature reserve along the tangent between Gifhorn and Wolfsburg. It is asphalted and therefore easy to drive on. However, there is a gap between Ilkerbruch and Mühlengraben and you have to drive on the tangent, which is very busy at certain times. Families with children in particular should take this into account when planning the tour.
