Mont Bifé offers adventurers a hike that is both demanding and picturesque. The hike begins in the village of Crésuz and follows a steep and sometimes exposed path to the summit of Mont Bifé, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of Lake Gruyère and the surrounding peaks. From there you can continue to Vanil des Cours, another summit with a cross and a signpost. The descent takes place through mountain pastures and forests, where you can encounter cows and other wild animals. The best time to do this hike is from May to October, when the weather is mild and the flowers are in bloom.
