You can take the boat from Lio Maggiore to Lio Piccolo (or vice versa) from April to October on Thursday to Sunday (as of September 2023) for €10 per person + bike. A truly beautiful connection that closes the gap between the two "dead ends" in the lagoon. It makes sense to reserve in advance in high season, as the (small) boat can accommodate a maximum of 15 people.
