A SUP is the perfect way to get a different perspective on the spacious Lough Derg. You paddle calmly over the clear water and soak up this picturesque landscape. You can rent SUPs from UL Sport Adventure Center, Derg Isle Adventure Center or Lough Derg Water Sports.
