A fantastic nature reserve, made very popular by an appearance on BBC Springwatch. It has variable habitats including deciduous and coniferoues woodlands, heath and a small stretch of beach in Poole Harbour. Much of the reserve has good views over the Isle of Purbeck and Poole Harbour to places including Corfe Castle and Brownsea Island.

If you want to watch birds/have walk in country near Poole Bay. Lots of Sika deer and a cafe/RSPB shop.
Dumbledore Cafe and bits and pieces to try to keep youngsters happy.
