The path to the car park begins in Lienz Nußdorf-Debant. The narrow road leads up into the Debant valley. The last 7 km of the route lead up to the car park on a gravel road.

There are two ways to get to the Debanttal car park. We chose the much worse one for the outward journey (there are many gates that have to be opened and closed again by yourself 😅). The car park is probably one of the most beautiful car parks I have ever seen, very well maintained and located in a beautiful valley.
The return journey was much more relaxed!
