The path is part of the paved bike path that runs from Linnich to Hilfarth on the left side of the Rur through the Benden. At both ends of the way it is possible to drive along the unpaved Rurradweg directly on the Rur. Almost no traffic, the paved roads are very good, the others quite well developed.
