Tips
This old bridge segment belonged to the railway connection from Berlin to Świnoujście. The route has been discontinued for a long time. The old railway embankment on the mainland serves as - unfortunately very bad - hiking trail. Passing the railway bridge, you take the ferry from Kamp on the mainland to Karnin on the island of Usedom.

The Karnin lift bridge is the middle part of the Karnin Bridge. The lifting part of the bridge has remained unchanged since the end of the war as a fragment and technical monument in the middle of the river.
