In addition, we almost only saw hikers with helmets on this section, as it is very steep and stones come loose quickly. I would have been happy to read this information somewhere. A helmet is therefore recommended for this section.

We walked this section downhill (with a camping backpack). Unfortunately, that wasn't fun at all. Better to walk uphill here.
