Here you can take the ferry from Lysekil to Östersidans. The ferry runs up to twice an hour and takes about 12 minutes for the crossing. The exact timetable is available here: info.vasttrafik.se/TimeTables/4847-0-20171210-20180618-A6L.pdf.
