Petit Piton is a mountain in the Pitons area, a protected area in the southwest of St. Lucia, and there in the south of the district of Soufrière. It is located near the center of Soufrière Bay, south of the village of Soufrière and north of the higher Gros Piton, to which it is linked by the Piton Mitan Ridge. The Petit Piton rises up to 739 m above sea level and consists of an old volcanic core. The Gros Piton towers over it by about 50 m. (Source: Wikipedia)
