A nice quick easy walk, there is a recreation ground to park in or the pub. It does have a steep decline near the beginning and, of course, there is the up at the end plus one more up and down before the first railway crossing. Always see swans on the river but not seen any signets this year. Only saw a couple of other walkers but that is not unusual on this walk. Some of it is on the 1066 walk.
