After around 8 months of construction, the first residential building in Germany was built in Beckum using a 3D printer and was officially inaugurated on July 26th, 21st. Like a cake, a giant printer applied special concrete layer by layer. The round layers are clearly visible on all walls. The result is a two-story 160 square meter modern single-family house. It can be viewed as a model house from August until the end of 2022, after which the owner will move in.

The 3D-HAUS stands on Sudhoferweg in Beckum and is the first to be printed with special cement. It is now finished and will be available as a model house until 2022.
