Pleasant track in the middle of the pines with a few small climbs, and therefore a few descents, which over the kilometers, when the headwind is added, wear you out a little (except for VAE obviously)! Be careful of the few sections called "Emergency Route" which are better avoided because they are completely "ruined" for the tracks. Even on the tracks, where the surface is the oldest, there are a few bumps when the roots rise. So you have to be careful...but the ride is nice.
