Hiking
The cottage serves more as a shelter for hikers and runners. In the building itself is an inflow for the pressure line to the water energy in Bodenmais. The building is built on the Röhrlweg. The waterfall behind it also serves as an inlet for the Röhrlweg (another inlet is at the lower water room of the Rissloch Falls).

Hiking
Here you can walk a very nice round on both sides of the waterfall by going over the footbridge at the top.

It's more of a shelter, but you're certainly happy about it when it rains. ,-)
