The Höxter-Godelheim leisure facility offers bathing fun, games and relaxation for the whole family. The freely accessible bathing lake is located directly on the Weser cycle path not far from the city center of Höxter. The best conditions for a small family outing or a saddle break for touring cyclists.A fine sandy beach with its flat shore stretches around the entire bathing bay. Children especially love the flat ford between the island and the beach. Easily visible to the parents, the little ones can trudge through the shallow water to their heart's content, build castles and create moats. Buckets and shovels are just as much a part of the bathing bag as water wings.However, you don't have to be a water rat to have a lot of fun in the leisure facility. You can also relax in the well-kept and spacious facility on the lakeside terrace of the "Strandgut" beach bar or in a rubber dinghy on the pond. Numerous playgrounds and sports facilities such as boule, beach volleyball, skate park, pump track and much more make you want to exercise in the fresh air.
