We too were blocked, Albarella is accessible exclusively to residents. Furthermore, the connecting section is extremely dangerous due to cars whizzing by at high speed!!!

Albarella Island is private and cannot be entered. I confirm that the access road (about 2km) is narrow and cars heading to the island travel at very high speed, not caring about cyclists
