The church was built in 1913 on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the tsar Romanov dynasty and named in honor of the apostolic tsar Constantine and Saint Mikhail Malein. It was built at the expense of official I. Kolesnikov (a famous founder of Russian churches). Architectural style - Rostov and Suzdal. The interior of the church was painted in the ancient Russian style (now not preserved). Architects V. Adamovičius and A. Špakovskis. 13 bells were delivered from Moscow. The church was consecrated on May 9, Duchess Yelizaveta Romanova came to the celebrations.
