In our beautiful village of Terwolde, located along the IJssel between Deventer and Apeldoorn, the 3rd mill in history shows off on its pedestal. In 2015, Molen de Ooievaar burned down for the 3rd time, a tragedy for the village.
At the end of 2018, the sails of Molen de Ooievaar will be turning again and there will be a cozy windmill shop that is open every Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. Guided tours can also be provided by the miller (due to corona not possible at the moment)
In addition to various types of flour, we also sell fresh bread in the mill shop and flour can be ordered if not in stock in the store.
