According to tradition, a rider named Morel was surprised by a violent storm and fell from his horse. He vowed if he was saved, to erect an oratory there. Something promised, something due and he again donated a plot of land, the income from which would be reserved for the maintenance and beautification of the oratory which was renovated and enlarged in 1965.
