Right in the center of Vosselaar is a remarkable green zone, the Konijnenberg. This crescent-shaped inland dune is 36.33 meters above sea level, making it the highest shifting dune in the Antwerp Kempen. The Konijnenberg is spread over a length of 700 meters and a width of 70 to 120 meters. The height of this shifting dune of dark yellow sand is indicated with a height pole. Protected by Monuments and Sites, the mountain and its green surroundings largely belong to the municipality. Access to the domain is therefore free.
