A short, crisp climbing road that ends in the main road leads up to the Hörnle and also passes the (hiking) car park! Nevertheless, it is only used occasionally (often on Sundays and public holidays), which means that cyclists like to use it up and down.

Great route. In my opinion, it's a bit better suited as a climb from Simmozheim to Möttlingen/Neuhengstett.
The longer descent to Simmozheim is quite fast, but you have to be very careful when going through the village: three rather confusing right-before-left signs, parked cars, and a stop sign at the junction with the main road.
