For most of the year Vakkerstøylen is self service, though there's a warden during the busier summer months. Originally built in 1928, the cabin serves as a great gateway for adventures into the high heart of the Tafjordfjella range. However, you'll have to cross Ulvådalsvatnet by rowing boat first.
