Cycling
One of the most beautiful places I've ever cycled: I recommend 700x40c tires. I struggled a lot with the 35 Vittoria Terra Dry. MTBs, on the other hand, whiz by like a marvel. Little water along the way, stock up at the Scarfiotti Refuge.
