Hiking
You lay down on the yard, cover your eyes with your hand, read some verses of Holy Quran and roll on your right side. You will be rolling till the end of the yard. For your surprise, the yard is straight and not downhill. While rolling you will feel as if you are falling from the mountain. Its amazing. I believe and I have experienced it several times.
