In our wood-fired oven café, we offer a hearty breakfast, tarte flambée, and other light lunches, as well as cakes and pastries, all accompanied by delicious organic and fair-trade coffee from Azul.
Our Drive-Thru
Whether you're just passing through, a mother with children, a smoker in your car, or anyone else, there are plenty of reasons to use our drive-thru. Simply drive up, place your order, and a few minutes later you'll be back on the road with fresh bread rolls, coffee, and snacks.

Cycling
Every evening, oak and beech wood are lit in our seven ovens, heating the firebrick to approximately 450°C over the course of 4.5 hours. Despite the higher temperature, the radiant heat is less intense than the heat from convection ovens. This higher heat results in more flavorful roasted flavors and quickly forms a thick crust that seals in moisture, ensuring long-lasting freshness.
