Monte Lignano Summit and Cross is a distinctive natural landmark rising prominently to 836 metres (2,743 feet) near Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. Acting as a sentinel over the city from the south, this summit offers a remarkable 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, including the Chiana Valley and the distant Apennine mountains. Mountain biking

Monte Lignano is a relief of 835 m. s.l.m. near Rigutino (Arezzo) which hosts tourist attractions including the park of Lignano equipped with tables and free-use barbacue, an ideal place for picnics and / or outdoor lunches; in the same area an animal shelter very welcome to children and also a restaurant bar. From the summit of the mountain, reachable on foot and by mountain bike, you can enjoy a splendid 30 ° panorama, so I recommend the use of binoculars. On the top, devoid of trees, the wooden cross and a fire turret.
