The Coll d'Alforja connects the Priorat wine region with the coastal region. The western rampart from the priory is winding and the slope is steady. If traffic is limited, this section promises a nice up and down.

It is a 5km long climb at an average gradient of 4.8%, on a very winding road (as are all roads in the area), which usually has traffic during the weekend.
The climb is open and with views for the most part, except in the final section which is covered by more vegetation.
When you crown the port, leaving on the left the road that goes higher up to Castillejos and the Alto de la Mussara, on clear days and with good visibility, you can see the sea.
