The hike from Roque de los Muchachos to Espigón del Roque falls into the "easy" category and is therefore also suitable for hikers with less fitness. However, a head for heights is advantageous. Along the way, you'll pass several rocky outcrops with steep drops. Due to the special lighting conditions and the shadow effects, the hike should be undertaken either at dawn or dusk.
