Lasner Fishery and Smokehouse on Lake Großer Plöner

Beautiful, authentic, old fishing and smokehouse. The smoked salmon was super tasty. Beautiful view of the Great Plön Lake.

The traditional family company directly on the Großer Plöner See offers fresh fish from its own catch and smoked fish from its own smokehouse, which now consists of six Altona ovens. It is smoked exclusively from local alder wood, whose mild aroma underlines the fine fish taste.
The smoked silver whitefish is a delicacy for only a short time in the summer season.
In the small shop there are many delicacies for freshly smoked fish every day: fish rolls, fish cakes, eel in aspic, various salads, smoked eggs and shrimps - all made with love.
