Hiking
From the Magamba Viewpoint at 1,850 m altitude you have a beautiful, wide view of the surrounding valleys of the Usambara Mountains. Access to the “Magamba Nature Forest Reserve” is subject to a fee. You buy the permit in the valley, or you pay from the ranger who checks at the viewpoint.

Views in every direction. Good spot for a picnic (there's little huts and picnic benches). Can be cold.
